    Writer/director/producer of You People and The Cinematropolis contributor, Laron Chapman, rejoins The Cinematic Schematic podcast along with executive producer Yousef Kazemi to talk about their social dramedy and Laron’s first feature film premiering at the deadCenter 2018 film festival in Oklahoma City. Laron talks about how recent events in the culture have helped shaped his film how he handled stepping into the role of director from production assistant on films like August: Osage County and Paul Dano’s upcoming film, Wildlife.  Yousef talks about how he served as an advisor and guided Laron through the process to ensure his vision was realized on the big screen.
