2:28 – Star Wars: The Last Jedi Review

20:41 – The Last Jedi Spoilers and analysis discussion

Welcome to this special Star Wars edition of The Cinematic Schematic, the official podcast of The Cinematropolis! In this episode, Caleb sits down with The Cinematropolis co-founders Jacob and Zachary Burns to discuss the highly anticipated Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is the follow-up to 2015’s The Force Awakens from writer/director Rian Johnson and has already been a box-office smash success by raking in over $220 million domestically during its opening weekend and $450 million worldwide. It’s been a huge win for Disney, but fans seem less united behind the movie. Is it just another retread of older Star Wars material or does it deliver a fresh experience for long-time viewers?

In the official Cinematropolis podcast review, we open by discussing our thoughts on The Force Awakens before giving our review and recommendation of The Last Jedi. We then move into a more thorough break down in our spoiler-filled analysis discussion.

Love it or hate it, we hope you’ll join our conversation by tuning in to this special Cinematic Schematic podcast. Once you’ve finished, please subscribe on Apple Podcasts and give us a rating and review!
